I am proud to have put together my Healthy, Simple & Delicious cookbook of 50 easy and nutritious recipes. I was inspired to write the book when my daughter first went to university, to provide her with ideas for her and her friends to try out and enjoy.
Although, I am a vegan myself, I have included non-vegan options to cater for everyone. Additionally, you’ll find that most of the recipes are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free.
