Makes 12 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 20 minutes |


•500g carrots grated
•70g rolled oats
•6 tbsp aquafaba
•20g fresh ginger grated
•1 tsp salt
•1 tsp turmeric
•Good sprinkle of pepper
•Handful coriander chopped

In a large bowl combine all the ingredients together and taste for seasoning. Place in the fridge to set for 15 minutes. Form the patties and either fry for 3 minutes in a non-stick pan on each side or bake for 20 minutes.

Serve with a green salad. Enjoy.
