•200g GF Spaghetti
•1 large red onion finely chopped
•1 garlic glove crushed
•1 celery stick finely chopped
•1 carrot grated
•4 tbsp tomato puree
•1 tbsp olive oil
•2X400g tin of tomato sauce
•Pinch of coconut sugar
•Salt & pepper
•2 tbsp basil chopped
•Sprinkle of nutritional yeast

Cook the pasta as per the package instructions. Once cooked drain and place back in the pan with 5 tbsp of the water. This will avoid the pasta sticking.

In a large pan add the oil, heat on a lower temperature, add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Then add the celery, carrot, tomato paste, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer over a low heat for 15 minutes then add the basil and cook for a further 5 minutes. Check the seasoning and serve.
