Makes 1 jar | Prep time: 3 minutes | Cooking time: 30 minutes |


•2x400g can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
•½ tsp chili  powder
•1 tsp cinnamon
•¼ tsp garlic powder
•½ tsp hamalyan salt
•3 tbsp maple syrup
•30g raisins or cranberries

Pre-heat the oven to 180C.

Drain and rinse the chickpeas well, place in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 10 minutes. Put all the remaining ingredients into a bowl and whisk well. Remove the chickpea from the oven and pour into the mixture to coat them well. Place back in the baking tray and bake for another 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and add the raisins or cranberries.
