Its main ingredient is Turmeric, that is packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties and according to several sources plays a role in controlling type 2 diabetes, protects against certain liver diseases and assists in promoting weight loss.

Ingredients

1 mug of hot brown rice milk or any milk of your choice
½ tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp honey

Place 1 tsp of Turmeric powder into the hot milk with the honey. Use a milk-frother for few seconds to mix it well, ensuring the drink is bubbly and very frothy.
