Serves 10 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 25 minutes |


  • ½ kabocha sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Peel and slice the kabocha, then place the slices in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle them with the olive oil, season with salt & pepper and combine well.

Bake for 20 minutes turning them after 10 minutes. Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt.
