Our gorgeous velvety oat pudding is stuffed full of comforting goodness and loads of flavor. A combination of delicious flavours, incorporating fruits and wholesome organic oats designed to deliver energy and vitality for your day.

Ingredients

•160g gluten free rolled oats
•200g coconut milk
•100g grated raw beets
•150g frozen raspberries
•1 apple grated
•4 soft dates
•2 tbsp desiccated coconut
•3 tbsp lemon juice
•4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
•½ tsp ginger powder

Place the oats in a bowl and set aside. Add the grated apples and lemon juice to the oats. Place all the remaining ingredients into a blender and whizz till smooth texture. Pour the mixture to the oats and combine with a spoon. Place in the fridge overnight.

Top with coconut chips and gorji berries or just add berries.
