200g GF Spaghetti
3 garlic cloves crushed
4 tbsp zaatar
3 tbsp olive oil
Cook the pasta as per the package instructions. Once cooked drain and place back in the pan with 5 tbsp of the water. This will avoid the pasta sticking.In a large saute pan add the oil, heat on a lower temperature, add the garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until you can smell the fragrance but it is not burned.
Add the zaatar and stir, then add the cooked spaghetti and stir again until the zaatar is well combined. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle some extra zaatar and chopped coriander.
